Fruity notes of pear, grapefruit, orange blossom, dates and red currant caress the palate and give HOPPEN GIN its fresh character.

“At the beginning of 2022, I had the idea to develop a gin that carries a regional DNA and meets the highest standards. In addition to juniper, I chose hops as the base ingredient. Hops is called “Hoppen” in the Low German dialect, so it was immediately clear to me what this new gin would be called…”
By the way, hops also have a long tradition in Bremen. Following this tradition, hops have been cultivated and harvested again by the Gemüsewerft in Bremen’s Überseestadt for several years.
In collaboration with Vanessa from Ginvasion, the final recipe was created after about 6 months, which was finally completed at the Sin-Gold distillery.
Finally, in November 2022, the premium gin celebrated its premiere at the Bottle Market in Bremen. The positive response of the testers was enormous. In the meantime, HOPPEN GIN can be ordered at more and more specialty retailers, in good bars and restaurants.
